We collect the account details you provide when you subscribe — such as your name and email address — along with the billing information processed by our payment provider. We also collect the content you submit while using The Prompt Engineer, including the ideas and prompts you enter, so the service can produce a response.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and operate the service, process your subscription payments, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment processing
Subscription payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Third-party AI services
The Prompt Engineer may pass the content you submit to third-party AI providers in order to generate prompts. Those providers process that content under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and for the period required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
